Compte-rendu par Richard Fung, publié dans la rubrique « visual art » de FUSE Magazine (Vol. 26 n°4, « Negotiating Dissent »), du dialogue « Unsettled Returns: A Screening and Dialogue with Michel Khleifi and Eyal Sivan », organisé dans le cadre du programme Negotiations: From a Piece of Land to a Land of Peace, à Toronto en 2003. L'événement comprenait la projection d'un extrait du travail en cours de Khleifi et Sivan, Route 181, fragments d'un voyage en Palestine-Israël, ainsi que de courts films de chacun des deux réalisateurs (Ma'aloul Celebrates Its Destruction de Khleifi et Aqabat Jaber: Peace with No Return? de Sivan), suivie d'un dialogue avec le public. L'article cite notamment Sivan pendant la période de questions-réponses : « People are saying, 'be realistic, be realistic. We need two states, we need to separate: this is realistic.' But realism has failed, so we should see what utopia can offer. »
